Position: A Licensed Massage Therapist

Spa Location: 714 Washington St, Norwood, MA

$60,500 - $71,000 yearly

• Perform a wide range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal (if certified).
• Customize massage sessions based on client needs and preferences.
• Educate clients on aftercare and wellness practices when appropriate.
• Provide a seamless and elevated spa experience aligned with our 5-star standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of massage rooms and treatment spaces.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.

• Current Massachusetts Massage Therapy License. At least two years of hands-on experience in a high-end spa or wellness setting
• Consistently professional and courteous , with a strong focus on client satisfaction
• Exceptional communication abilities and strong time management skills
• Schedule flexibility , including availability on weekends and holidays
• Dependable and punctual —always respectful of clients’ time

If you're licensed in both Massage Therapy and Esthetics, that versatility is a wonderful bonus as it helps create a smooth, elevated journey for clients and aligns beautifully with our holistic approach to wellness.
