Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services with a focus on hand and neurological rehabilitation
• Deliver patient-centered care addressing physical, functional, psychological, social, and emotional well-being
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize patient rehabilitation outcomes
• Operate within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures
• Work under the clinical supervision of Level II Therapists and report to the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation Services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required
• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Massachusetts required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required
• Previous experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Master of Science or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred
• Experience in outpatient hand therapy and/or neurological rehabilitation settings
