Food & Beverage Supervisor
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage operations
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards, preferably in a luxury or fine dining environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
