Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9 AM - 6 PM
Starting Pay is $23.00 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training

- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, including public areas, offices, entrances, and the exterior perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify concerns.
- Monitor entry points, observe customer and employee traffic, and report suspicious behavior, disturbances, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
- Support closing and opening routines, assist with alarm-related responses when appropriate, and communicate clearly with management, staff, and/or first responders during security-related events.
Minimum Requirements:
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
