Compensation Analyst | High-Impact, Strategic Role | Boston MA

Pay: Up to $78–$80/hr (DOE)

We are looking to bring on an experienced Compensation Analyst to play a key role in shaping and executing compensation strategy. This is a high-visibility opportunity where you’ll partner closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to drive competitive, data-driven pay practices across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual year-end compensation cycle, including base salary, bonus, and incentive planning aligned with performance management
• Build and maintain compensation models, tools, and guidelines to support managers and ensure alignment with budget and compensation philosophy
• Manage benchmarking processes, including survey participation, market analysis, and job matching to maintain competitive pay practices
• Partner with Talent Management to support offer development and headcount planning
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency requirements
• Deliver compensation training and guidance to managers and employees
• Collaborate with HR leadership to prepare materials for executive leadership and Board-level Compensation Committee meetings

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of hands-on compensation experience, including cycle management, job evaluations, and market pricing
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel expertise
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex compensation data into clear insights
• High level of discretion handling sensitive and confidential information
• Experience with ADP and/or HR Soft is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
