About the Role
LEI Corporation, a leader in commercial snow and ice management across New England, is hiring Snow Site Supervisors to lead on-site operations during winter storms. This is a key leadership role responsible for coordinating crews and equipment to ensure properties are cleared safely, on time, and up to LEI’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead on-site operations during snow events, including plowing, de-icing, and sidewalk clearing
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment to meet performance timelines
Ensure accurate, real-time documentation using SiteFotos , with a focus on “Safe by Six” reporting
Monitor site conditions and communicate any delays, hazards, or client concerns to your Area Manager
Support pre-storm staging and post-storm cleanup as needed
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in snow operations, landscaping, construction, or crew leadership (preferred)
Ability to lead a team and stay calm under pressure
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Reliable 24/7 availability during winter storm events
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Comfortable working outdoors in extreme weather conditions
