Hyundai of Seekonk is seeking a driven and experienced Automotive Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and drive performance. This role is ideal for a hands on
leader who excels at coaching, closing, and delivering a strong customer
experience. <\/span>

Responsibilities <\/u><\/b><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Lead
and motivate the sales team to achieve volume, gross, and CSI goals. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Desk deals effectively while maintaining profitability and compliance. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Train and develop sales consultants through daily coaching and accountability. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Manage inventory, pricing, and sales processes to remain competitive. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Partner with F&I and leadership to ensure smooth deal flow and customer
satisfaction. <\/span>

Qualifications <\/u><\/b><\/span>
<\/p>- Proven
experience in automotive sales leadership. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Strong closing, communication, and negotiation skills. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Ability to lead by example and develop high performing teams. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Commitment to ethical selling and operational excellence. <\/span><\/span>
