Legacy is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing field sales team. As an In-Market D2D Sales Representative, you'll manage the entire sales process—from generating leads and introducing our services to guiding customers through the decision-making process and completing the sale. You'll receive hands-on coaching, field support, and ongoing development designed to help you succeed.

About the Role
This is a full-cycle outside sales position where you'll work directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods. You'll build relationships, identify customer needs, present customized solutions, and guide customers through the sales process from the initial conversation through installation.

What You'll Do
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Meet with homeowners in assigned territories.
Introduce company products and services professionally.
Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers.
Generate new opportunities through direct outreach and referrals.
Maintain consistent daily activity within assigned areas.
Full Cycle Sales
Identify customer needs through consultative conversations.
Present solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
Answer questions and provide clear product information.
Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to completed agreement.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Customer Relationship Management
Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
Build lasting customer relationships that generate referrals.
Represent the company professionally within the community.
Professional Development
Participate in ongoing sales training and field coaching.
Attend team meetings and development sessions.
Continue strengthening sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Stay informed about company products and industry updates.
Compensation & Recognition
1099 Independent Contractor position
Commission-only compensation
Earn $200 for each completed sale
Top-performing representatives typically complete 1–3 sales per day
Many successful representatives earn approximately $60,000–$70,000 annually , with higher earning potential based on individual performance
Ongoing field coaching

President's Club
Representatives who achieve 420 completed installations within a calendar year qualify for the President's Club and are eligible to receive an all-expenses-paid resort trip to Mexico in recognition of their performance.
Qualifications
Required
Minimum 18 years of age
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude and positive work ethic
Comfortable meeting customers face-to-face
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Outside sales, retail sales, customer service, or hospitality experience
Door-to-door sales or canvassing experience
Experience managing the full sales cycle
Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
