Intensive Care Registered Nurse up to $80/hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and implement care plans tailored to physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs
• Administer medications, document interventions, and monitor patient responses
• Use telemetry to track vital signs and provide timely care adjustments
• Manage tracheostomy care, including suctioning and tube maintenance
• Educate patients and families on recovery and healthy practices
• Ensure accurate documentation and adhere to hospital and regulatory standards
• Contribute to quality improvement, risk management, and infection control efforts
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of critical care nursing, tracheostomy care and telemetry experience in a hospital setting
• Critical care expertise, including monitoring and managing critically ill patients
• Proficiency in tracheostomy care and suctioning
• Telemetry experience for real-time monitoring and analysis of cardiac activity
• Active RN license in Massachusetts
