Senior Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support our Saba Learning Platform and related learning technologies. This role will serve as a subject matter expert for the platform, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in HR or IT systems, with proven problem-solving skills, the ability to quickly learn new platforms, and the curiosity to dig in and uncover solutions.
While Saba will be your primary focus, you’ll also partner with the HR Technology team to provide cross-functional support and testing across other enterprise HR systems—including Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management) and UKG Pro (Workforce Management)—as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and become proficient in the Saba Learning platform, administering configurations, permissions, and course assignments.
- Partner with Learning & Development to configure and optimize learning workflows, reporting, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work with vendors and IT counterparts for timely resolution.
- Understand and help manage integrations between Saba and other business systems, including scheduling data exchanges and monitoring data flows.
- Provide backup administration and support for other HR systems, including UKG Pro, Taleo and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Create clear documentation, user guides, and process instructions for both HR staff and end-users.
- Analyze learning data and generate reports to support compliance tracking, adoption and learning effectiveness.
- Stay current on system enhancements and recommend improvements.
- Provide front-line support to employees and managers on system navigation and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong technical aptitude with proven ability to quickly learn and master new software systems.
- Solid experience in IT, systems support, or application administration with direct involvement in configuring and maintaining data integrations, scheduling automated jobs, and monitoring data flow across systems.
- Comfort working with data, reports, and basic system configurations.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
