You'll use Java and Python on the backend, building services that scale across cloud environments, and TypeScript with React to craft seamless, modern user experiences on the frontend. Experience with cloud infrastructure (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Our stack: Java, Python, TypeScript, React, cloud services, AI/ML, modern CI/CDDesign, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
**Responsibilities**
+ **Develop and maintain** scalable, high-quality web applications for our modern ticketing system (frontend and backend).
+ **Design and implement** intelligent agentic workflows leveraging modern AI and automation techniques.
+ **Collaborate cross-functionally** with product management, UX, and AI teams to deliver seamless user experiences and robust features.
+ **Evaluate and integrate** generative AI (LLMs) for ticket triage, intelligent routing, automated workflows, and search capabilities.
+ **Champion best practices** in software engineering, code quality, security, and continuous integration/deployment.
+ **Measure and optimize** application performance, reliability, and scalability for a global customer base.
+ **Contribute to the team culture** of constant improvement, open feedback, and healthy technical debate.
+ **Mentor and support** junior engineers through design reviews, code pairing, and knowledge sharing.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $68,500 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
