Business Development Manager
- Seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to drive revenue growth in the Springfield, MA territory.
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Will also be involved in market research, sales planning, and presenting proposals to potential clients.
- This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to develop strategic sales initiatives that align with our company's goals.
- The BDM will be responsible for overseeing outside sales efforts, managing key accounts, and negotiating contracts to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Utilize CRM for tracking sales performance, forecasting, and reporting.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- There is a clear path for this individual to grow into a Director of Sales position and build out a sales team underneath them once their own book of business is established.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in business development and client relationship management
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability and willingness to cold call
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Hungry and willing to drive revenue and incest time into training
