PACM, Inc. is hiring to expand our excellent driving team in Quincy, MA! As a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, we specialize in delivering packages safely, efficiently, and on time. Our top candidates are dependable, energetic, and safety-focused drivers. Key components to becoming a valued delivery driver. This is a truck driver position that does not require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) , making it a great opportunity for a wide range of candidates - whether you're experienced or just getting started.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and pick up packages on a local delivery route in a timely, safe manner
Operate a delivery vehicle and manage routes efficiently
Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop
Load, unload, and handle packages carefully throughout the day
Follow all safety procedures and comply with company and FedEx Ground standards

Qualifications:
Valid driver license (CDL not required)
Clean driving record
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 100 lbs
Previous delivery driver experience is helpful, but not required
