Quality Manager

We are hiring for a full time Quality Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity near Wilmington, MA. .As the primary authority on quality assurance, you will ensure our systems exceed customer expectations and align with rigorous distributor quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Quality Advocacy: Serve as the organization’s primary authority on quality assurance, ensuring all departments understand and execute established quality systems.

• Non-Conformance Management: Direct the lifecycle of non-conforming products, including incident response, product recalls, and formal investigations into rejected goods.

• Resolution & Analysis: Oversee all product returns and evaluations, ensuring rigorous root cause analysis and definitive problem resolution.

• Strategic Liaison: Act as the chief point of contact for corporate headquarters , regulatory bodies, and clients regarding compliance, audits, and quality concerns.

• Audit Leadership: Manage external registration and customer audits; maintain a state of "audit readiness" and ensure the timely, effective closure of all findings.

• Internal Oversight: Lead the internal audit program, conducting regular ISO and distributor-level quality audits to ensure systemic integrity.

• Continuous Improvement (CI): Drive cross-functional CI initiatives using structured methodologies such as Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and CAPA.
