Lead GTM Strategy Manager - REMOTE

In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading client engagements across various marketing and sales disciplines, focusing on revenue strategy to help organizations achieve their go-to-market goals. You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, managing stakeholders, and presenting consulting deliverables. Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution including stakeholder management.
• Conduct client meetings to present consulting deliverables.
• Develop project plans aligning with client objectives and timelines.
• Deliver strategic assessments and recommendations through routes-to-market.
• Design sales and partner strategies for future organizational goals.
• Build marketing performance frameworks, KPIs, and operating models.
• Create financial models to bolster strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven management consulting experience required.
• Extensive experience in customer-facing roles such as sales and customer success.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master's degree preferred.
• 3-4 years consulting experience with large organizations.
• Proficient in managing the full project lifecycle.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
