What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet and tour prospective residents, promoting available apartment homes
• Guide applicants through the leasing process and complete paperwork accurately
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of unit availability and pricing
• Submit work orders and resolve resident concerns with professionalism
• Support marketing efforts, social media content, and resident events
• Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle general administrative duties

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months of apartment or multifamily leasing experience – REQUIRED
• Working knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon – a plus!
• Strong customer service and closing skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws – REQUIRED
• Professional appearance and communication
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong work ethic
