About the role

As VP Sales, US, you’ll be responsible for leading and scaling parcelLab’s go-to-market success in North America. Reporting into the Global VP Sales, you’ll manage and grow a team of Account Executives in North America, while partnering closely with Customer Success, SDR, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product to deliver ambitious revenue growth. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role at the center of parcelLab’s global expansion.

What you will be doing

  • Build and manage a high-performing team : Lead, coach, and scale a US-based sales organization
  • Hire and develop talent : Attract, retain, and enable top sales talent, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Drive enterprise deals : Support your team throughout complex SaaS sales processes, ensuring excellence in discovery, multi-threading, deal management, and closing.
  • Run the business by metrics : Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and performance reporting across Salesforce, Gong, and other tools.
  • Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with Customer Success, Implementation, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure customer success and revenue growth.
  • Represent parcelLab externally : Attend industry events and trade shows, meeting senior executives at top US retailers and eCommerce brands.

What you will bring

  • Proven SaaS sales leadership : 3–5+ years managing and scaling enterprise sales teams, ideally in a startup/scale-up environment.
  • Retail & eCommerce expertise : Strong track record selling SaaS into enterprise retailers and brands; deep familiarity with the retail/eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Coaching mindset : An inspirational leader who develops AEs to think strategically and consistently achieve quota.
  • Hands-on GTM execution : Experience building and running playbooks for demand generation, pipeline coverage, and enterprise sales execution.
  • Challenger mindset : Thrives in competitive markets, comfortable going up against incumbents, and energised by winning as a challenger.
  • Executive credibility : Skilled at engaging C-level stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Operational discipline : Data-driven, process-oriented, and adept at managing by metrics while adapting to a fast-paced environment.

What we offer

  • The opportunity to shape and scale the US region of a global category leader in Post Purchase Experience to become the biggest growth market
  • Strong level of ownership & accountability to implement & execute GTM-Strategies
