Job Description
- Provide legal counsel and guidance on private equity and investment matters.
- Draft and negotiate complex contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs.
- Manage and oversee deal structuring, including fund formation and financing.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments impacting private equity and investments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and expertise.
- Assist in developing strategies for business growth and client acquisition.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the state bar.
- Strong expertise in private equity and investment transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
