Position Summary:

Manage and execute all aspects of Social Media Marketing for ISlide. Improve consumer engagement and online community through high quality content and social strategy creation. Develop and execute new marketing ideas that drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition.

Essential Functions:

• Create videos to use on ISlide social media, digital advertising, email, and website. This includes all steps of the process including writing scripts, capturing the video, and editing.
• Capture photo content for the marketing team to be used in ISlide social media, digital advertising, email, website and other promotional materials
• Organize and manage ISlide content library
• Manage all brand social channels including TikTok, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Plan and maintain a daily, weekly, and monthly social content calendar across all social platforms
• Enthusiastically attend and capture content at ISlide events, including those offsite and off hours
• Position yourself as the face of the ISlide brand, appearing in media and engaging with top partners
• Assist in influencer partnerships and activation plans by pitching ideas and through discussing seeding strategies
• Analyze market trends and brainstorm new and exciting ways to engage with audience to increase effectiveness of social efforts
• Create monthly recaps detailing social performance to be shared with leadership team

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-3 years experience in social media, digital marketing experience
• Must have expert knowledge of social media platforms & metrics
• Passionate about Video Content Creation & TikTok
• A passionate, energetic team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal & creative skills
• A strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and projects while responding to changing priorities and feedback.
• Ability to work independently and utilize sound judgment.
• Software expertise – Google Suite, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop
• Adobe Suite Design and Video Programs, including Adobe Video Premier, preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent time management ability
• Strong interest in the sports & lifestyle product community
• Flexible and able to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Strong communication skills
• Maintain a positive, solutions focused attitude
• Ability to use good judgement and keep client information confidential
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
