CamFit is a multi-studio Orangetheory Fitness franchisee committed to delivering a world-class fitness experience through science-backed, heart rate-based interval training. Every role at CamFit is a role in changing lives.

We are looking for a strong, business-minded Head Coach / Studio Leader to lead one of our Silver or Bronze studios. In this role, you will own the coaching experience, studio performance, team development, member experience, and day-to-day operations.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a coach who is ready to grow beyond the mic and take full ownership of a studio’s success.

What You'll Own

• Deliver and oversee high-quality Orangetheory classes aligned with brand standards
• Coach a minimum of 15 classes per week, with flexibility based on studio needs
• Lead, develop, and hold the coaching team accountable
• Own intro class execution, member follow-up, and membership conversion
• Drive studio revenue performance, including memberships, renewals, and retail
• Recruit, onboard, and develop coaches and sales associates
• Build a strong studio culture that keeps members engaged and connected
• Manage studio scheduling, payroll review, class reconciliation, and operational readiness
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards across the studio
• Partner with regional leadership on performance, staffing, and growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider, such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, or AFAA
• Current CPR/AED certification
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain
• 2–3 years of coaching experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills
• Sales confidence and comfort owning studio revenue performance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced studio environment
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Head Coach, Studio Manager, or fitness leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Business, or related field
• Experience with MindBody Online or similar scheduling/CRM systems

Schedule & Physical Requirements

This is a full-time, on-site role. Remote work is not available. Studio hours drive the schedule, so flexibility is required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates must be able to actively demonstrate exercises, remain standing and vocal throughout a 60-minute class, use and move studio equipment, and lift up to 40 lbs.
