Systems Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer, build, deploy, maintain, and upgrade multiple PLM environments including Production, QA, UAT, and Development
• Perform environment refreshes, including biweekly after-hours or weekend upgrades, patching, and emergency maintenance
• Troubleshoot integration, performance, and licensing issues
• Provision, configure, and optimize Windows Server virtual machines
• Monitor and resolve system performance, patching, and security agent issues
• Maintain software license servers and ensure reproducibility of environments
• Support CAD/PDM tools, add-ins, license renewals, and upgrade planning
• Troubleshoot ODBC driver issues, certificate expirations, and policy-related interruptions
• Perform vulnerability remediation in collaboration with cybersecurity teams
• Manage certificate lifecycles, alternative control submissions, and configuration management
• Install and evaluate security agents and tools across systems
• Develop scripts and automation for provisioning, patching, and deployment
• Provide backup and recovery support and ensure protection of mission-critical data

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field required
• Equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of directly related experience considered
