We are looking for a skilled Engineer II - MTS to join our dynamic team in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in engineering, demonstrating technical expertise and problem-solving abilities while contributing to innovative projects.

💼 Role: Engineer II - MTS
Pay Scale: $66, 560 – $83, 200 ( Dependent on Experience)
What You'll Do:
· Support technology transfer, process scale-up, and optimization at CMOs.
· Assist with deviation assessments, change control documentation, CAPAs, and risk
evaluations.
· Collect and analyze process data, prepare reports and summaries.
· Contribute to process validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Author process control documents and communicate updates to cross-functional teams.
What We’re Looking For:
· B.S. in a relevant science field; 2+ years of lab or GMP experience.
· Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; JMP experience a plus.
· Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
· Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
· Travel between sites (Cambridge and Norton) may be required.
