Through coaching, professional learning, and hands-on school partnership, we support schools in building learning environments that are more engaging, inclusive, and responsive to their communities.

Role Description
AceraEI is seeking a School Coach, either part-time or full-time (flexible and school-year aligned), to support our partner schools in the Greater Boston area. This role includes an average of one evening event per week.

The School Coach will build strong relationships with school communities and support the implementation of student-centered, inquiry-based, and STEM-rich practices. This includes coaching, professional development, planning and supporting school-based events, and collaborating closely with principals, teachers, and the AceraEI team.

This is a highly relational role for someone who is organized, flexible, and excited to help schools create learning experiences that foster curiosity, creativity, and belonging for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with principals, teachers, and school communities
• Coach and support educators in student-centered, inquiry-based, and STEM-rich practices
• Help plan and facilitate professional learning sessions, school events, and student showcases
• Support school teams in implementing and sustaining innovative practices
• Collaborate with internal staff to coordinate school partnerships and programming
• Contribute to data collection, reflection, and continuous improvement efforts

Who You Are

• A relationship-builder who works well with educators and school leaders
• Experienced in school-based work, ideally in teaching, instructional coaching, or professional development
• Comfortable with ambiguity, collaboration, and working across multiple school sites
• Strong in communication, organization, and follow-through
• Passionate about student-centered learning, equity, and STEM access

Pay: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
