Territory Manager
SRS Distribution seeks a Territory Manager to drive growth across a defined market for roofing materials and building products. You'll own contractor relationships, grow existing accounts, and secure new business with residential and commercial roofers. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory of roofing and building products contractors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial roofing contractors
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business to meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct in-person customer visits, job-site meetings, and product presentations
- Collaborate with branch teams on pricing, inventory, and service execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and territory performance reports
- Resolve customer issues quickly, ensuring high service levels and retention
- Coordinate with vendors on promotions, training, and product knowledge
- Represent SRS Distribution at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
