What Youll Be Doing:

• Providing skilled nursing care in patients homes including wound care, medication management, catheter care, diabetic care, and more.
• Completing comprehensive assessments and building personalized care plans.
• Educating patients and families (and repeating yourself nicely, because nursing).
• Documenting clearly and efficiently in an EMR that wont haunt your evenings.
• Seeing everything from basic wellness checks to complex care and actually getting the time to do it well.
