Construction Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations for residential and commercial landscape construction projects in Walpole, MA. This leadership role focuses on operational oversight, team development, and process optimization to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in landscape construction management , excels at coordinating field teams, and is driven to improve workflow efficiency and project performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction operations across multiple residential and commercial landscape projects
• Lead, mentor, and support project managers, foremen, and field crews
• Develop and implement operational processes, scheduling systems, and resource allocation strategies
• Monitor project budgets, job costs, timelines, and production performance
• Enforce safety standards, OSHA compliance, and company quality control procedures
• Coordinate communication between project management, field teams, and leadership
• Analyze workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity
• Ensure projects meet client expectations, design specifications, and construction standards

Requirements

• Proven experience managing construction or landscape operations
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, hardscape installation, site work, and field operations
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and competing priorities
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and operational planning skills
