LEI Corporation – Landscape Maintenance & Snow
LEI is opening a new branch in Billerica, and we’re putting together solid mowing and landscape maintenance crews. We’re looking for experienced Maintenance Crew Foremen who can run a crew, keep jobs moving, and take pride in clean, professional properties.
This role is hands-on. You’ll be in the field every day, leading from the front.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead a maintenance crew through daily mowing and landscape work
Run commercial equipment like zero-turn and stand-on mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Keep jobs on schedule and make sure properties are completed to LEI standards
Train and guide crew members on proper techniques and safety
Handle daily equipment checks and basic upkeep
Communicate with your supervisor about progress, issues, or equipment needs
Support winter operations, including plowing, shoveling, and cleanup during snow season
What We’re Looking For
Experience running a mowing or landscape maintenance crew
Someone who leads by example and keeps the crew productive
Comfortable operating all commercial landscape equipment
Reliable, organized, and able to manage a small team
Takes pride in quality work and well-maintained properties
