Bluedrop Water delivers premium still & sparkling water systems to restaurants, hotels, offices, and foodservice operations across North America. Our full-service programs include equipment, branded bottles, installation, and ongoing maintenance—creating a sustainable, high-quality water experience that replaces plastic and bottled alternatives.
Bluedrop is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Support Specialist to help accelerate growth across our commercial division. This role supports the sales team by managing leads, re-engaging prospects, creating marketing campaigns, maintaining accurate data in HubSpot , and generating sales reports and KPIs.
This position requires someone who has hands-on inside sales support experience and significant expertise using HubSpot CRM —someone who thrives on organization, communication, and sales enablement.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Sales Support
- Re-engage old and inactive leads through calls and email outreach to generate new meetings for the sales team.
- Manage and update all sales activities, contacts, and deal stages within HubSpot CRM .
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows, and digital platforms, routing them to the correct team member.
- Support outside sales reps by preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications.
CRM Campaigns & Automation
- Build and execute targeted email campaigns in HubSpot to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Manage contact lists, workflows, and sequences to streamline outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to optimize HubSpot automation and improve campaign performance.
Reporting & KPI Tracking
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly sales performance dashboards in HubSpot.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as pipeline value, close rate, and recurring monthly revenue growth.
- Identify lead source trends and campaign ROI to inform strategic decisions.
Product Listings & Lead Platforms
- Maintain Bluedrop product listings and lead channels such as AutoQuotes and other online platforms where buyers search for commercial water systems.
- Monitor new leads from these platforms and ensure prompt follow-up by the sales team.
- Keep pricing, descriptions, and product visuals current and aligned with brand standards.
- 3+ years of inside sales support experience in a B2B environment (hospitality, foodservice, or commercial equipment preferred).
- Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot CRM —including workflows, lists, campaigns, reporting, and dashboards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and KPI tracking.
- Experience with AutoQuotes or similar platforms is a plus.
