Position:: Java Developer

Location:: Boston, MA

Role- Fulltime Only

Need 8+ Years of exp candidate, OPT also works.

Note- Visa independent only, H1B transfer won't be work, pls use above grid for all my submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java applications.
• Apply strong knowledge of DSA to solve complex backend engineering problems.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and optimization efforts.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions for performance tuning and reliability.
• Ensure unit testing, integration testing, and code documentation are consistently performed.
• Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development .
• Strong command of Core Java , OOPS concepts, collections, exception handling, multithreading, and JVM internals.
• Solid understanding and implementation experience with Data Structures , Algorithms , and Design Patterns .
• Experience with RESTful web services, Spring Framework (Spring Boot), and build tools like Maven/Gradle.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD practices, and containerization (Docker is a plus).
• Good understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools like Hibernate.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in high-throughput, low-latency applications or financial systems is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Participation in coding contests, open-source contributions, or a strong GitHub portfolio is an advantage.
