**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to guests, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk.
+ Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering the premises as required.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs of visitor and employee access, incidents, and other security-related activities.
+ Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
+ Follow emergency response protocols during incidents such as medical emergencies, fire alarms, or other urgent situations.
+ Support Allied Universal management and site leadership with information regarding security-related matters as requested.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
