Senior Accountant (flexible hybrid)

This is a full time, MOSTLY REMOTE position open due to growth. It will be a key hire and a foundational piece they continue to build around. Along with improving processes and strengthening controls, you will manage the GL, drive the close, financial statement prep & analysis, and more. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of accounting experiences with a process driven mindset. They are seeking someone to help evolve their financial infrastructure. salary: $95,000 - $105,000 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee GL integrity and ensure compliance with US GAAP.

• Prepare complex journal entries, including accruals and intercompany allocations.

• Perform monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts (Cash, AR, Fixed Assets, Liabilities) to ensure data integrity.

• Drive month/quarter/year-end closing activities

• Prepare financial statement packages (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and conduct "Flux Analysis" to explain performance drivers.

• Assist intercompany eliminations.

• Serve as a primary contact for external auditors and maintain audit-ready documentation.

• Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes and maximize efficiencies
