Independent and AMAZING BCBA with +10 years of experience is looking for a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to support a sweet, kind teen with Autism and Speech Delay in Lynn, MA.

Responsibilities
- Have fun and play implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Ability to work effectively while having fun!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
