TILL’s Clinical and Support Services is seeking a full time, independently licensed supervisor who is passionate in the overseeing of excellent therapeutic services to the individuals we serve as well as training clinical staff within our Behavioral Services Department and Strattus Mental Health Clinic.

Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct and document clinical supervisions for Strattus clinicians and interns.
- Onboarding and training for all new Strattus staff.
- Review and assess clinical documentation of supervisees weekly.
- Maintain that all clinical records of supervisees are up to date and meet compliance requirements.
- Maintain small caseload of clients for therapy.
- Attend monthly staff meetings.
- Attend bi-weekly multi- clinical program supervisory meetings.
Minimal Qualifications:
- Must be LICSW or licensed psychologist.
- Previous administrative/supervisory experience required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
