Key Responsibilities:
· Update pricing and terms of sale on all vendor documentation.
· Negotiate price and delivery with suppliers
· Verify price and delivery terms of purchases in collaboration with accounts payable
· Help review vendor statements and reports for discrepancies; escalate issues as needed.
· Perform expediting and late delivery tracking as needed.
· Create and manage all purchasing transactions independently.
· Assist with data entry and account maintenance in the ERP system.
· Respond to routine vendor inquiries professionally and promptly.
· Use purchasing software systems to process transactions and generate simple reports.
· Prepare vouchers for non-inventory-related expenses, service contracts, and credit memos under supervision.
· Provide administrative support to the Purchasing and Supply Chain department

Requirements:Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· 1+ years of purchasing or planning experience preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); intermediate computer skills.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
· Above average math and quantitative analysis skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
