Whether greeting customers in our showroom, answering incoming calls, or assisting various departments throughout the dealership, you will play a key role in upholding the high standards associated with the Lexus brand. What You'll Do: Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area Provide administrative support to dealership departments as needed Help create a luxury-level guest experience for every customer who visits our dealership
