Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• At least 3 months of outpatient (OP) experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
• Experience using Raintree EMR preferred.
• Completion of three HealthStream modules prior to assignment is required for new travelers. Agency will be reimbursed with proof of completion and at least one shift worked.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous outpatient clinic experience treating a varied caseload.
• Productivity familiarity with approximately 55–63 patients per week preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:00–18:30.
• Schedule options: open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days. Must be open to two evenings per week until 19:30.
• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Clinic schedule example: Monday & Wednesday 06:30–18:30; Tuesday & Thursday 06:30–17:00; Friday 08:00–14:30.
• EMR: Raintree.
• Productivity expectation: roughly 55–63 patients per week.
