As a Charlotte Tilbury Retail Artist, you are at the heart of our stores and counters, bringing magic to life. Based on the shop floor at Bloomingdale's Chestnut Hill, your role is to empower customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves by combining expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and genuine passion. You excel at creating lasting emotional connections and adapt your style to meet the diverse needs of every customer.

Key Accountabilities

• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, driven by the thrill of success and a desire to surpass expectations.
• Build and maintain a book of clients to encourage replenishment and book appointments.
• Embrace teamwork with a collaborative spirit, supporting managers and colleagues while adapting quickly to change.
• Champion world-class artistry and deliver an impeccable customer experience as a dedicated Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador.
• Maintain company grooming standards and present a polished, professional appearance at all times.

Your Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG is preferred.
• Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and a desire to contribute to its disruptive growth in beauty.
• Experience in makeup application with the ability to tailor your style to various customer needs.
• Positive, energetic, and limitless thinking that shines through in your work.
