Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Housing Operations – Oversee student housing assignments, billing, and inventory
- Key & Parking Administration – Handle key distribution, move-in/out processes, and parking permits
- Customer Service & Support – Respond to housing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Database & Record Management – Maintain accurate student housing and parking records
What You Need:
- 1+ years of administrative experience in an office or customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
- Strong communication skills for responding to student and faculty inquiries
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in higher education or student housing
- Background in inventory management or billing coordination
