We’re looking for an experienced CNC Laser Operator to set up and run high-powered metal cutting lasers with precision and efficiency. If you have strong programming skills and a passion for quality, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic team.
What You’ll Do
✅ Set up and operate CNC laser machines with minimal supervision
✅ Modify CNC code and ensure jobs meet 1st and 2nd piece inspections
✅ Read and interpret blueprints and follow established policies/procedures
✅ Perform microscope inspections and use precision measuring tools
✅ Coordinate quality issues with supervisors, managers, and QA
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years CNC laser operation experience
- Ability to read/understand blueprints
- Extensive programming knowledge (G-Code)
- Experience with feed rates, power parameters, and material properties
- Familiarity with manufacturing/job tracking software (ShopTech-E2 or similar)
- Strong time management and professional demeanor
