Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make an immediate impact by providing vital, individualized support to a middle school student within a specialized program. This full-time contract opportunity offers a meaningful role assisting a student at a pivotal stage in their academic journey. The assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through June 2026, taking place in a nurturing and collaborative educational setting.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Experience working as a paraprofessional within a school environment
• Confidence and sensitivity in supporting personal care needs, such as toileting, dressing, and diapering
• Ability to foster engagement, encourage participation, and prioritize student safety
• You must meet one of the following:
  • Hold an associate’s degree
  • Have completed at least 48 college credits
  • Achieved a passing score on the ParaPro or WorkKeys assessment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff and follow established routines

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 support during the school day, assisting your assigned student with both educational and personal care needs
• Facilitate a welcoming and inclusive classroom experience for the student
• Provide toileting, dressing, and hygiene support as part of daily activities
• Assist classroom staff with general behavioral and instructional support
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for all students
