Software Implementation Consultant, Pharmaceutical | Remote EST Time Zone USA

We are looking for

an experienced Software Implementation consultant to join our team in the field of Pharma who has previous experience in software implementation project management.

The candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation of Enterprise Manufacturing software solutions focused on shift collaboration and plant performance measurement. This role primarily caters to Process Manufacturing Plants in the pharmaceutical industry, serving Fortune 500 companies in these sectors.

Your tasks

• Lead the implementation of the Shiftconnector software platform with a strong emphasis on the industrial performance module
• Demonstrate strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder management
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate closely with other US and German team leaders, fostering strong collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Develop the requirements with the customer and manage scope, budgets, and timeline for enterprise-wide software rollouts, ensuring successful delivery
• Act as the single point of contact for the customer's project and program manager, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in managing software implementation projects, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile) high desirable.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management
• Excellent social and communication skills to effectively lead digitalization projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of plant operations and processes
• Ability to lead and manage a small team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment
• Proficiency in managing project requirements, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful enterprise-wide rollouts
• Knowledge of SaaS infrastructure and on-premise server concepts to facilitate smooth software deployments
