Job Title: Registered Nurse – ICU

Location: Falmouth, MA

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Evening/Night

Pay Rate: $2,639.88 Weekly Gross ($73.33/hour)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a healthcare facility in Falmouth, Massachusetts . The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive and compassionate care to critically ill patients, ensuring continuous monitoring, timely interventions, and adherence to the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and document the condition of critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

• Administer prescribed medications, IV therapies, and life-saving treatments.

• Operate and manage advanced medical equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.

• Perform advanced nursing procedures such as IV insertion, CVP monitoring, and hemodynamic assessments.

• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Respond quickly to medical emergencies and perform advanced life support interventions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records (EHR) of patient care and progress.

• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

• Uphold infection control, HIPAA, and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts or compact state).

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience in an acute care setting.

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA-approved).

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Experience with EPIC or other EMR systems preferred.

Preferred:

• CCRN certification.

• Prior travel nursing or tertiary care facility experience.
