About the Opportunity

Location: Newburyport, MA. This position is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

Run Progressive Die Press machines with skill and efficiency.

Able to identify issues and recommend solutions when issues arise with the press.

Proficient with measuring instruments.

Provide technical expertise in Progressive Cell.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate required.
• 1-3 years or more of Progressive/Press background and/or experience in a machine shop.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of Tool and Die, and Progressive Dies
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Working Conditions

• Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

Compensation

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $20-23 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, and geographic location.
