Retail Supervisor
Job Description
Job Description
Position Overview:
Ready to be the heartbeat of our retail experience? As a Retail Supervisor , you won’t just oversee operations — you’ll lead from the front, inspire your team, and create an unforgettable atmosphere for every customer who walks through our doors. From opening the store with an energetic “let’s do this” attitude to ensuring smooth, compliant, and customer-focused operations all day long, you’ll be the go-to leader for our Security, Budtenders, Fulfillment, and Inventory teams.
In this role, you’ll coach, motivate, and guide your team to deliver next-level service while keeping things running like clockwork behind the scenes.
