We have an opening for a Billing Specialist in Andover, MA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect all information needed to create and review invoices on a daily basis.
• Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill.
• Process customer credits & invoice adjustments.
• Help customers understand billing and charges for which they are responsible.
• Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
• Reconcile any invoice issues.
• Weekly aging review to ensure accounts are up to date.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as billing clerk or general accounting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using accounting software.
• A team player mentality with an ability to work independently.
• High School diploma or equivalent certificate
