Civil Design Engineer (PE/Licesnsed)

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to support a Design-Build client in Westfield, NJ, As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Client Relations: Foster strong, professional relationships with clients. Site Plan Design: Lead the design and development of comprehensive site plans, including all associated report preparation. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet state, municipal, and county guidelines and agency requirements. Approval Process Management: Facilitate the approval process across multiple agencies, including engineering cost estimates and coordination with outside design professionals. Team Leadership: Mentor and train junior engineers, guiding them through site plan design and approval processes.
