RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Full-Time | $110,000-$115,000 per year
Agawam West Rehab & Nursing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) .
Working closely with the Director of Nursing, the ADON helps oversee clinical operations, support nursing staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and promote quality resident care throughout the facility.
Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts RN license required
Skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience required
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
