Medical Receptionist

Randstad is actively seeking a professional, customer-service-oriented Receptionist to serve as a vital frontline ambassador for their Home Care services. Based primarily in Newton, MA, this fully onsite role manages the essential first point of contact for patients, families, and staff. The position balances traditional front-desk operations—such as switchboard management and visitor coordination—with critical clinical support tasks, including the preparation of patient admission materials.

Responsibilities:

• Front-of-House Management: Greet visitors, oversee sign-in protocols, and act as a primary liaison between the public and the organization.

• Communication Hub: Efficiently manage high-volume telephone traffic via switchboard, ensuring accurate routing and professional messaging.

• Clinical Coordination: Direct responsibility for printing patient materials and assembling admission books to support care delivery.

• Operational Support: Execute general clerical duties and ad-hoc administrative requests using standard office equipment and Microsoft Teams/Office.
