What Success Looks Like

In this role, you are more than just a repair technician—you are a problem solver who builds trust with our customers. Success is measured by your ability to diagnose issues, execute high-quality repairs, and provide an excellent customer experience.

• Daily Operations: You will arrive at job sites on time, fully prepared with the right tools, and ready to tackle tasks ranging from drywall repair and painting to basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. You will document your progress and communicate clearly with both the office and the customer.
• Customer Service: You will maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Success means taking the time to listen to the customer, explaining the work clearly, and proactively identifying other areas of the property where our services could add value.
• Growth and Impact: Over time, you will become a go-to expert for our clients. By consistently delivering top-tier craftsmanship and keeping your workspace organized, you will help us maintain our reputation as a top-rated service provider.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in handyman or multi-trade services.
• Proficiency across multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, tile, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
• Possess your own reliable truck or van.
• Must own a professional set of tools and know which tools are required for specific tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot unexpected issues on-site.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, management, and suppliers.
• Basic proficiency with phone and computer apps for scheduling and reporting.

Nice to Have

• Experience with larger-scale renovation or remodeling projects.
• A history of working directly with property managers or commercial clients.
• Familiarity with local building codes and industry best practices.
