We’re seeking a Fund Coordinator to join the finance team of a leading private equity firm. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the private equity industry while supporting fundraising, investor relations, and portfolio reporting. What You’ll Do:

• Prepare investor presentations, annual meeting materials, and fundraising support documents
• Post financial statements, manage LP data in Investran, and coordinate LP transfers
• Handle investor requests, confirmations, and maintain LP communications (inbox, portal, reports)
• Manage entity setup, investor details, and employee investment programs (capital calls, distributions, onboarding)
• Support audits by organizing and uploading required documents
• Contribute to ad hoc projects, special initiatives, and ongoing process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–2 years of administration experience within financial services
• Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism when working with investors, counsel, and internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Skills:

• Investran experience
